Dot Repair Soldering Lugs question

I tried these so called “Dot Repair Soldering Lug” , but it won’t stick. The glue on those things make the soldermask like a slime and it won’t cure/harden. Everytime I think I got it and try to put solder on them they come off the board en role up and become some green slime with solder. I also tried transparent UV glue, but same result, it reacts with the glue on those repair lugs and become slime.
I tried cleaning some of them with isopropanol but this also makes a slime-ish substance.
It’s a shame because if this wasn’t the case it is very nice to use.
Any tips on how to get this stuff to work? And what temperature (celcius) do you use?

If I pull a precut dot or pad with trace from a sheet, there is no adhesive left on the backside. Copper only.

I guess mine aren’t good… I just ordered some new ones (different brand). So hope that those are better.

I got the new ones in. Wow, they’re great… cost 3 times as much as the other crappy things. But these ones are great!
