I have an dualshock 4 that is on from the first model’s that came with the ps4, and about two years or so, while it was charging it stop working and charging, so after this years I decided to try to fix it, some troubleshooting on microscope and I didn’t found why it wasn’t working until I saw a video with the same problem has me and he had a blown diode or IC called D6F, I went to my board to verify and yes there it was an half burned D6F. I replaced it with a new one, rebuilded the controller and connect it to my ps4 and unfortunately nothing happened.
Do anyone have any idea why? I really wanted to make this board to work again, what should i test? It is normal to a lot of the resistor’s look kinda yellow or brown i dont know?
Note: the D6F i mentioned is beside the ARM chip of the controller apparently receives some energy directly from the pin connector from the other side of the board (I dont know).
