what do you do when your dsi screen wont turn on when it has been on charge

my first guess is replace the battery mate

though if it’s just a single screen that won’t turn on you could be looking at another issue entirely i’d rule out cable as that will stop the entire system from turning on unless that is your issue

the light does turn on but the screen is not on and it holds charge too
it may be the ribbon cable
