I have been playing games on ps4 then I sold it out. Thereafter I bought a gaming PC and started using my DS4 controllers with PC. My one controller is working fine, it still connects with PS4 of my cousin as well as can be factory reset by using the hole in back.
BUT my other controller works fine with PC through wire but neither flashes nor factory reset works on it. I am unable to connect is to any PS4. The controller when plugged to PS4 and to plug, starts only charging and neither flashes nor connect through bluetooth.
