Dualsense controler dosen't work right anymore HELP

Hey guys, so my dualsense controller was drifting for a while now, and so yesterday I went and replaced my analog sticks with hall effect ones. I recalibrated them and put my controller back together. When I tested the sticks, everything looked okay. I may not get the best radius on calibration, but I was pretty happy with results. The issue that I am having is when I try to play on my PS5. My controller seems to be laggy. I can’t quite explain, but for example, when I turned PS5 yesterday and tried to move my cursor, it took him a bit to realize that I was trying to move it. I went in game, and in game it seems fine, like I can move and all buttons work. But as soon as I try to use the PS logo button to exit or switch it again, it takes him a second to understand what I am trying to do. When I plug it in with a cable, it works amazing—no lags, no stutters. But as soon as I unplug it, again it stutters and lags. I don’t know what is wrong. I tryed again today but no luck. Like my controller frequently disconnects and or starts behaving weird. But again as soon as I plug it in with a cable everything works flawlessly. What can I do? Help me brig it back to life
