I bought a controller and it has an orange light only when plugged in. PS button does nothing. Battery voltage was 2.8 so I trickle charged to 3.4 and nothing. I removed the battery plate and found corrosion on dialog chip, cleaned it all off and reflowed with no change. No shorts anywhere. Could the dialog chip just need replaced?
