I recently bought a PS5 Digital and it came with a white controller that when I got home refused to connect. Everytime I plug it up or put it on my controller stand it lights up once and then shuts off like it’s fully charged. It refuses to connect or turn on or even enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Taking it apart everything seemed to be in order, it wasn’t dirty and I couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this? I bought a new controller from Walmart that has worked absolutely perfectly for me so I know it’s not the playstation refusing to connect it. Any help at all would be appreciated at this point it’s practically a $70 paperweight.
