I know this forum is mostly for gaming consoles but I have a VHS/DVD combo (magnavox mwd2205) that I have done everything I can take take good care of. A year ago the dvd player on it stopped working. The VCR side works fine but when I switch to DVD the tv just loses signal and then it automatically switches back to VCR. I can’t open the dvd tray either. I’ve tried to open it up but the board looks fine, buttons work and I was able to manually open the tray by hand so I don’t know what the issue could be. Any idea how to fix or what I can do to fix it?
