I have a short on the two circled capacitors and the coil next to them. The two capacitors above have 5V standby. APU related?
UART C00C002 Infineon, but I think it’s not actually getting to initialize because the boot sequence is stuck at 0.015.
No short SB area
Check pin 19 at the Infineon XDPE. If it is the same line and shorted it is 1.8V_SOC_VDDA.
This line goes to all eight GDDR6 RAMs, APU and the XDPE chip.

Something on that line is shorting it. I would inject 1V at 1A. I hope the bug converter or one of the caps or the XDPE chip shows a short/heat.
Nothing, it doesn’t heat up at all, I think it’s APU related
What is the draw at injecting?
1V - 1A It draws 1V and 0.8A.
If I increase it to 1V - 2A,
it draws 1V - 1.6A but doesn’t heat up at all.
I would try 1V 3A. Did you checked both sides of the mainboard for heat spots at the line?
