I have pulled out my emmc chip for reballing and unfortunately one pad is missing on the chip (maybe I have ripped out while pulling the chip out). I know that some of them are often not connected, just here to ensure adhesion and stability to the chip. Would someone know the pin out of the chip? I want to check if my missing pad was strictly necessary or not.
