I replaced the hdmi port and encoder chip and I’m still having the same issue. No signal and the PS4 light is blue. It never once turned white on me. What could be the issue? I can upload pictures of the chip and port to prove secure connections and no bridges. Also when the system first arrived the hdmi port looked perfectly fine.
