Hey there,

Nintendo Europe has an official page on that error code, found it pretty fast googling for “nintendo 2162-0002”. I would post a link, but sadly the board tells me I’m not allowed to post links…

it has to do with your user level. It’s explained in a link provided by the introductory message you get for signing up. Each level you earn you get more privileges and trust so you can post more, edit your post up to 30 days later and possibly post links.
