Hi. Maybe someone will need to solve the problem with the fan running at full speed right after turning on the console or after waking up.
The problem is not software related.
Check the voltage at start on the 2.2k resistor next to the fan connector. If there is 5V on both sides then the solution is simple. The items marked in the photo should be replaced. 2.2k resistor and diode? Before that, you should also check the MAX77621 chips.
