Fan PWM does not oscillate

Hi,

I am facing a strange behavior.
Fan does not accelerates when there is a huge load.
High end games are causing shutdown (without any warning) of the console after 10/15min.

Everything is nice and clean even the inside of the PSU.

I checked PWM signal with oscilloscope and it stays at low duty cycle.
So I connected fan to an external PWM signal with high duty cycle, fan speed is high and console is not crashing anymore.

Is there some sensor driving the PWM internal signal?

Any help appreciated.

PWM is created from SB(CXD90069GG or CXD90061GG), give a try replacing it if you are capable with

Thanks for your help.

I thought there was a temperature sensor external to the SB.
As the console is working I’ll use an external PWM to use a higher fan speed.
More secure than risk a damage while replacing SB.
