Fan runs at high speed continuously

The fan runs at high speed continuously (very loud) as soon as the switch is turned on. Also runs when charging starts menu screen, as soon as the switch shuts down and continues charging, the fan stops.

Found the problem. When I replaced the LCD FPC I must have knocked a chip loose which I think is some sort of speed controller for the fan.
