Hi,
I am dealing with a faulty Switch Dockingstation today.
It doesnt show a screen on tv and doesnt charge the switch.
I’ve tried another dock so it is definitely the problem with this one.
Im thinking that it is probably a faulty chip on the pcb of the dock.

Unfortunately it’s not! It’s definitely something on the PCB because i swapped it with a known good one and it worked.
I don’t have any shortages on it.
It also charges, i was mistaken in the beginning. Could it be the HDMI Port on the board causing it to not show screen on TV.
