Give your ps4 a good cleaning (you have take the heat sink completely out) and change the thermal paste and pads I used thermal grizzly and it’s good so far. You also need 1mm thick thermal pads. Take out and clean the fan make sure it’s spins freely.
I use arctic silver when replacing console thermal paste it’s the best you can get
