GoXLR - Slider issues

Has anyone ever opened a GoXLR or worked on one before?

I got a hold of one that has some slider issues on the chat channel and I am not sure what to look for or where to start.when you press on the plastic near it, it starts working again but if you bump the GoXLR it stops working again.

Hi, I know this is an old post, but I’m having the same problem. With a Goxlr. Did you have any luck?

I was never able to figure it out or find any cheap enough to buy and risk damage to explore. I ended up selling it and just moving on since I do not stream. Sorry i can not be more help.
