Had cpu 01 missing component - name and orientantion please

whats the name and orientation of the missing component next to max? can i harvest the component from a previous mainboard revision?

also is the missing inductor an indication that the max ic maybe faulty? black screen charging with .44a. had some corrosion in the usb port and pi3 was shorted.
