**The console doesn’t launch Hekate; it just stays on the screen that asks for the SD card. When I insert the SD card, the screen becomes pixelated with a pink color (see attached photo). Stock mode doesn’t boot either — the battery drained completely and it hasn’t turned on since. Any suggestions on what could be causing this issue?
