I am working on a Nintendo Wii that has no video output and I have traced the issue to a failed AVE RVL video chip.

Video chip AVE RVL BU9955EKV
I am having a hard time finding this chip for sale from a reputable source (Ebay, Aliexpress). If anyone knows where I might be able to purchase one, has a donor board available, or knows of a compatible substitute, I would really appreciate the help.
