Yep, looks that way, you’d see copper nubs in the center if it was a through VIA (double check for this though, give it a gentle scrape with an xacto blade/scalpel if unsure). There is also that site with the board layer scans too for another form of confirmation.
Future reference (assuming it was you that pulled the Ram) just give it a gentle nudge prior to removal next time to ensure it’s up to reflow temps, you can even use one of those manual suction pens to pull the IC at that point too
