How thick are the thermal pads on the ps4 pro, 1mm or 1.5mm? And what is the best thermal paste for the ps4 pro?

I wanted to change the thermal paste on my PS4 pro so can anyone tell me which is the best paste to use?
I would also like to change the thermal pads. Does anyone know the thickness of the thermal pads for the PS4 Pro, whether it is 1mm or 1.5mm?

I’m using Arctic MX-4 and Arctic TP-3 Thermal pads with 1 mm thickness. (It is a German brand)
