So I have an Xbox one s and for a very long time it’s been faulty I haven’t took it in due to the fact I feel like I might waste my money if they don’t fix it from what I’ve heard but basically if I were to play any game it would either be slow or just freeze and crash it’s gone to the point where the whole Xbox crashes a temporary fix was just troubleshooting and clearing everything but my saved games and stuff like that it would be ok for about 3-5 hours till it would go back to that freezing state and it would Desync my controller and headphones and when I would reconnect it the Xbox wouldn’t even register neither of them what should I do because I don’t have the tools to fix it I just want to play normal again
