i took it to a local gaming store and i asked if they fix Xbox and they said yes so i gave them my xbox and i had to pay a 20euro check fee 1 week later i go check if my xbox is ready and he told me it can’t be fixed (he still did not say why it can’t be fixed) and a few minutes later try to see why it can’t be fixed but i failed so i left the store and i saw his son and i know him so i want to say hello and we start to talk and then he told me did u bring your xbox here and i told yes and than he told me he did not even check on or opened it (and now i dont know what to do because of covid all tech shops are closed but him and a second one but thay are to far away to go. can anyone help what can i do)
