Identification component HAD-CPU-01

i got a board with a missing component. Its located north of the apu.

I dont have any HAD board to check on, and the HAC’s dont have anything there.
Is it ground on one side of it?

Yes it looks like a ground pad on the right side

THEY are both 10k resistor there
