Identify capacitor near UA9

I had a short circuit on the Vsys line.
The cause was a damaged capacitor.
Could you please help me with the following questions?

• What are the capacitor’s values (capacitance, voltage, design)? Would the switch also work without the capacitor?

• The UA9 chip. What exactly is this chip?
  Is there an exact model name here?

You could temporary remove that ic and check if backlight ic “UA9/TPS61163A“works, but ultimately you need it in the circuit.
