In need of good replacement joysticks + fan rattle

I’m located in Canada, and I’m looking for a few (4-10) replacement joy con joysticks. I bought some off eBay a while ago, but they are very stiff and don’t seem to be as “flexible” as the OEM parts.
Are there any good sellers out there?

On a V1 switch I bought to run CFW (with a mostly unknown history) all is pretty good aside from some fan rattle, is there any way to mitigate this without replacment?

go aliexpress for the joystick.
For the fan. You can actually take out the metal bracket and clean inside out then put some lube in the center pin
