Is there a way to bypass the retimer chip?

My Xbox One X won’t output. I tested the HDMI port, and it works fine, so I’m guessing the problem is the retimer chip. I am pretty new to this, and have only fixed a few Wiis, so I don’t have any of the tools or experience to replace a retimer chip. Is there anyway to link the retimer chips input to the HDMI output? I know it will have tearing and will have worse graphics, but I’m happy as long as I can play it. If there isn’t a way to bypass the retimer chip, what is the cheapest, easiest way to replace a retimer chip?

Without hdmi ic you have no video output

I think have it repair by someone who knows this kind stuff is way cheaper than investing tools and chip and maybe failure involved to DIY.
