Issue after water damage

Hello everyone,
I have a Nintendo Switch model HAC-CPU-01 that has a problem due to oxidation in the BQ chipset.
So I cleaned everything, changed capacitors, IC, M92, P13, MAX, charging connector and now I’m left with a console that seems to want to come back to life but doesn’t go all the way. …

Basically, I have a charging current that goes from 0 to 0.43A, the image shows the charging logo (battery at 3.71V), then drops back to 0V 0A.
I checked the various voltages on the board and it seems to be ok.
Do you have any idea what could be causing this? I tested with another battery too: same result.

Thanks a lot
