Hello, after some help please from you pros, I have replaced many thumb sticks in many different controllers but I have a couple that the new stick isn’t Center when tested I have replaced the stick again and even just the potentiometer is there any calabration on the PS4 sticks ? The sticks were bought from AliExpress and are Allegedly Alps!
Hello. Im having a similar problem. What method do you use for replacement? Put in some new solder and then hot air gun or just soldering iron and solder sucker/wick?
Im worried the issue is we have done damage to the controller with hot air.
