Customer said their laptop overheated and stopped turning on or charging. I assumed it was a battery issue, but for some reason the charge light wouldn’t turn on either with charging cable even without the battery in. Wouldn’t this mean it’s a dc jack issue? Possibly both? Or maybe the charger isn’t working, but it was the same charger the client was using before it broke. Laptop is an N17C1 btw
