Laptop damaged,needs repair

The capacitors near my battery is damaged.It is plugged in but not charging.When i start to game its not taking enough power and is shutting down.

Is it not charging at all? Or just insufficient power? I’m not sure I’m comfortable fixing this

Capacitors aren’t something a lot of fixit shops will work on
