Missing component, need help identifying

Looking for some help identifying this component near the left joycon connector on an HAD-CPU-01 board. Left joycon is not detected and it appears this component has been ripped off my board. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since the older boards didn’t have a component here I decided to put a jumper in and it’s working fine.
