MN864729 after GameStop repair - fixable?

I have purchased a broken PS4 pro with a “white light of death” - so was quite sure it must be a problem with the MN864729 IC.
The console was with GameStop before with the feedback “not repairable”.
After opening the console I have seen that a prior repair attempt was done on the MN864729 2 PINS are bridged because the motherboard was “scratched”.

I do know know where these PINs need to go but assume that bridged PINS cannot be separated easily.

Don’t know if I have to put it in the garbage or if if a good chance to clean this GameStop mess ?

Those top right 2 pins are ground, so the masking removed does not effect new chip solder on
