For reasons I don’t understand, a MOSFET somehow shorted from adjusting a plastic fan and its plastic shroud. Regardless, I’m fairly inexperienced with these sorts of repairs, and during the removal process, part of the package broke off and remained stuck to the board. When I removed the remaining piece, the pads pretty much went with it. I’m wondering if I have any options to salvage this thing. I do have some magnet wire and solder mask on hand, as well as some conductive paint. Any help would be appreciated.
