When I first got the New 3DS, I found out the X button didn’t function properly. When I press the button, it makes an input as though it were the A button. For clarification, the A button still acts as an A button.
I tried getting into the buttons to try and clean them to see if it’d work then, but I came across a stripped screw. I’ve tried an hour or two getting this screw out with various methods, but no luck. I decided to put it back together.
I plugged it in for a while and came back the 3DS. It now won’t turn on. This is probably a simple fix, but I tried a couple things here too and no luck.
If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this or who to send it to please tell me.
