So i recently bought a “new 3ds XL”, when i tested it at the store initially everything seemed to be fine. But when I got home, and tested it farther, the home button did not work, and still does not. So me and a friend opened it up, and noticed that the ribbon cable for the home button was not connected to the board. and was missing the thing that its supposed to be plugged into.
If anyone knows a way to fix this at home without a sauder please let me know. Because currently I have no idea how to fix this, and I cant seem to create a repair ticket on Nintendo’s site.
