I have opened up my ps4 and have cleaned all of the dust out of the heat sink, fan, power supply and have replaced my old dried up thermal paste. I’m still having overheating problems when playing this game. Does anyone have a solution?
Sorry i can solve your answer but i have a similar issue, but after disassembling it, i didn’t reapply paste and now my ps4 wont turn on. Would the thermal paste be the reason??
Have a listen to your fan. It’s possible that it is not functioning properly. Be sure it’s properly connected.
Whats your overheating problem? Your console shuts off? Or it just speeds up the fan?
