I tried the website you recommended but the stock they have listed isnt correct. Every site was back ordered. I found some of the TPS61163A at injuredgadgets. They’re U.S. based too. I replaced the TPS61163A chip and now the screen is displaying correctly again. Thanks for everyone’s help.
