New 3DS Blue Light no sound or screen image

Hi All!

Thank you in advance for your help, I recently picked up a new 3DS non-xl black Mario edition. The seller told me that the console had not been homebrewed and it was not working since 2019 where the top screen was visibly cracked and they had said that the sound didn’t work. I ordered two replacement screens from AliExpress and brought them to a repair shop to have them replaced. After installing both screens, there was no response from the 3DS booting into the home screen. The technician stated that regardless of what screen was unplugged as long as one was unplugged, there was a pop noise. They disassembled the entire console and could not find any kind of tears or micro tears or damages to any other components.
They are currently doing some board test this week, but cannot find any hardware issues. I believe its the motherboard but not sure if there is a fix for it, solid blue light with nothing else lighting up.
My question is do you think there is a software corruption with the NAND that I could potentially fix by using NTRboot?

I succeed to recover multiple times using an ntrboot compatible card (https(2dot)//3ds(dot)hacks.guide/fr_FR/ntrboot.html)

Sometimes it work when it’s a corrupted and or bad modding.

I have an Ace3DSX card with magnet. You have to retry multiple times to find the right magnet position.
