New 3DS XL won't turn on normally with black screens and blue light. Booting into safe mode will usually freeze the console, but if it gets to the home menu or otherwise turns on normally, it will freeze after 5-10 minutes

Basically the title. I haven’t found anyone with my exact issue and this has really been killing me here. I’ve tried all the generic “safe” solutions and only one where i opened up the console and disconnected and reconnected the wifi chip. I’ve also gone and messed with my microsd, and while it has made the 3ds turn on without safe mode, it still crashes. I’m utterly stumped as to what could be going on. Please help!!
