I had a bad HDMI port. I swapped it out believe I did everything correctly. It’s seated all the way on the mother board. I have good solders points. Put it back together and still no input and while light comes on. Please help!

You should really have something to help you test the continuity on each one of the HDMI legs of the port to the pins. Search Google for B07GTNTKQB
You should at least check if you have a short between 2 adjacent legs on the port.
