I bought a brand new Xbox controller yesterday and my Xbox one s will not sync with it. I don’t have any other controllers synced with it. And the wifi still works fine on the console. Even using the micro USB cable with the console won’t make it connect. Which board would it be that needs to be replaced the one of the front or the one of the left side. I know the controller is working properly since my phone will connect to it via Bluetooth so I believe its a board issues. But which one should I replace?
