Nintendo switch capacitor short near MAX77620H

Hello everyone!
Its my first time on this website and im very new to repairing things. Right now im trying to repair my nintendo switch v2. I think there might be a short on the two capacitors near the MAX77620H chip (you can see it in red on the picture) because when I put my multimeter in continuity mode, with the black probe on ground and the red one on each capacitor pin, both pins beep for those two capacitors.

I just wanted to ask, could this be a short, or is it normal? Thanks!

around 20 to 40ohm resistance to ground is normal for a v2 switch on that 1.0v rail. What’s your resistance reading?

Do i need to unsolder it before testing it ?

You can measure resistance to ground without desolder anything, just measure it bare board(no charger or battery)

It shows 41.3 i think its good, idk i wanna test everything to see if it works i there any map of the board with every value or not ?
