I recently bought a Nintendo switch animal crossing edition, the point is that the console works fine except that when I remove the joycons from the console to play remotely, they don’t connect, I’ve tried everything and I’ve noticed that the problem isn’t It is from the joycons if not from the console itself, I know that it is not from the joycons since they can be connected to the PC and work correctly, and I know that it is from the console because it does not detect bluetooth audio devices even though there are devices available for connection. How can I test if the problem is in the Bluetooth chip of the console or if is being generated by something else. As a clarification I already tried all the methods given by Nintendo (Update the software, forget the joycons, that they are loaded etc…)
