I got Nintendo switch lite with a problem. When I bought it, it does charge with only 5v and 0.2A only with one side usb connected, when I rotate it, it doesn’t charge. I can see that somebody changes usb, so I make it once again. I didn’t connect to charger, because I see one missing element, and one rotated. Can somebody help me to identify and tell me what I should order? It’s located backside, under usb, in 5mm line, there is probably an fuse and capacitor.
I don’t have probably enough posts here to to add an photo
About that USB I know, I already ordered it Somebody did bad job here, I desoldered it to check if all soldering points are on place and soldered it again without soldering ground points, just to check that it works. About all parts which are moved, I will try to correct them, and order cap which parameters You give me
Today package arrived, so I immediately sit for it. Job done, but… it doesn’t powered on, I checked fuse and it doesn’t have continuity New USB-C and cap soldered.
Yup, I take out that fuse. Need to order new one. Tomorrow I will check that chip I think that somebody changed or reflow it before, there was flux in multiple places on board when I opened it. Do You know what is that fuse to order it?
I can’t find polyfuse 3A with 0402 size, only fuses which blows, minimal size of polyfuse are 0603. Do You think that 0603 can sit there, or it’s better to use one time fuse 0402?
Alright, so, I bought already m92t36, BQ chip too, and damaged flex 29 pin socket.
After I placed new USB c, fuse, socket, I managed to replace M92t36. I mounted it, Switch turned on, but… without LCD. Sound was working, backlight too, but without screen. I tried to clean all, nothing works. I plugged in ampere meter to usb, and it takes 5.26v and exactly 0A, on both sides. I replace M92t36 to next one, this time with BQ chip, and main board after I plugged only it, without screen, battery etc. takes 5.26 and 0.06A on both sides. I mounted everything, but now console isn’t even turn on xD
While battery plugged it doesn’t even takes that 0.06A.
For now I will try to find any shortages, but today I hate this little nightmare, I spend around 7 hours to put it away again non fixed.
