Nintendo switch repair horror story

So my Nintendo Switch broke around July, with no physical issues to be seen. I looked for repairs online and found someone local on Facebook Marketplace doing repairs. They quoted me around $150 USD for the repair, saying it was an issue with the motherboard. Cool. I sent it in two weeks ago and finally got it back, and this is the condition I got it in. They did luckily refund me for the repair. However, I’m still left with a console that is more broken than what I started with. So, do you think Nintendo would take this kind of job? It obviously wouldn’t be under warranty, but what do you guys think?

Update: My S/N is not the same as it was when I sent it off. The Facebook Marketplace repair person likely sold my good parts. I don’t even know if it was my motherboard now; it could’ve been the battery :sob:. I have also noticed that none of the cables are plugged in, and one was screwed through (the screws aren’t even the right ones). One cable also just had its connector ripped off, so it seems like most of it is just random parts scrambled together. Worst of all, they deleted their Facebook account, so I can’t contact them. What should I do now?
