Hello. Beginner here with troubles, but having lots of fun 
A friend gave me this Switch V2 to replace the usb-c port. The console was broken after a party, likely physical damage. Another technician tried to fix it but making a poor job. Friend said it would charge sometimes? But the console would not start. The port was loose when i undid the screws for it.
I replaced the port and then took some measurements. Noticed left most filter below P13USB was bad. Replaced that and also the filter above the usb port. I took some measurements around M92 and the MAX77620. I have pics with numbers but apparently not allowed to share media or links.
8.3 ohms on the cap below M92 chip. Pin 18 I think.
Around the MAX77620 i read 8-9ohms on VDD_CPU_1V8 and VDD_CPU_1V0.
Removing the M92 or MAX77620 did not change anything.
Is this a shorted CPU you think? I appreciate any help or info. Thank you.
