Nintendo Switch V2 missing 3.3V Help

Hello everyone, I have a Nintendo Switch V2 Mariko that isn’t showing the 3.3V rail. I didn’t find any dead shorts around the main chips. Below are the photos with the information I collected while analyzing the board:

  1. On the capacitor where I should see the 3.3V output, I only get 66.7 mV.

  2. On the inductor just below the EN** chip, I only get 0.002 in diode mode on my multimeter, following the ultimate Nintendo Switch REPAIR GUIDE on youtube the guy said it was supossed to show 0.369 on each side of that inductor. I replaced the inductor and the problem still persists.

  3. I replaced the EN** chip because the previous one was heating up a lot.

My question is: is there a way to get the 3.3V reading on the capacitor that currently shows 66.7 mV? That way, I can confirm whether the issue is really with the EN** chip.

I fixed it by ressoldering the EN** chip, after that my switch is in RCM mode.

Can you tell me what the chip is called or where you found a replacement?
